Turning data into decisions, and intelligence into impact.

A student-run analytics and AI club for the managers of what comes next. We go hands-on with Agentic AI, Generative AI and LLMs — and turn a messy business question into a decision you can defend.

# about · who this is for

We're here for the next-gen managers.

The manager of the next decade won't just read reports — they'll direct AI systems, question a model's fairness, and make the call. Classrooms move on a multi-year rhythm; the AI toolchain turns over in months. We're the agile layer that closes the gap.

We're a management analytics club, not an engineering one. Our edge is translation: turning an ambiguous commercial question into a specified problem, choosing a defensible method, and communicating the result — uncertainty included — to a decision-maker. Any programme, no coding background needed, everyone starts from zero.

Access

Democratised capability

Structured, hands-on, tool-based learning for every student — whatever your background. Every track has a genuine zero-prerequisite entry point.

Practice

Evidenced by artefacts

Dashboards, models, notebooks and published writing — deployed work is how progress is measured, not attendance.

Responsibility

Responsible AI, built in

Fairness, privacy and accountability are examined before a model ships — not after it's criticised.

Agentic AI

autonomy · tools · workflows

Building agents that plan, call tools and automate real business workflows — and knowing where to keep a human in the loop.

Generative AI

prompting · RAG · evals

Prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation and honest evaluation — using GenAI as an instrument, with disclosure.

LLM Models

embeddings · vectors · fine-tune

How large language models actually work — from the attention idea to embeddings, vector stores and grounding answers in your data.

Case Studies

real business · decisions

Every topic lands on a real business case — you practise turning an actual, messy situation into a decision a manager would sign off on.

# learn · industry workshops + certification

Skill you can put in front of a recruiter.

We run industry-aligned, hands-on workshops built around real business case studies — each ending in a certification and a working artefact, not a page of notes. Three progressive tracks take you from your first spreadsheet to defending an end-to-end AI solution.

TRACK 01

Data Foundations

Advanced spreadsheets, data cleaning, descriptive statistics, business-intelligence fundamentals, chart selection and dashboard design.

TRACK 02

Applied Analytics

Python for data analysis, SQL, exploratory analysis, inferential statistics, and the fundamentals of regression and classification.

TRACK 03

AI for Business

The ML workflow, model evaluation, forecasting, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, ethics and governance — plus a capstone project.

Every workshop ends in an industry-relevant certification you can show a recruiter — signed by the Collective and the School of Management.

48hours

The Extreme Techkathon

Our flagship build sprint — 48 straight hours turning a real, messy business dataset into a working prototype and a decision someone would actually sign off on. Beginners and pros both welcome; you're judged on the decision, not the accuracy score.
